If you have questions about BreakAll, or there is something within these Help pages that is unclear, send an e-mail to the address cited at the bottom of the page. TKE will strive to answer your questions promptly.

The Curmudgeon says...

The promise above is a promise: if you report a bug to us, which is an operation of the program which does not correspond to the operation described in the documentation, and we can verify it, TKE will set a high priority on issuing a free patch to all known owners. Enhancement requests, on the other hand, will be considered and issued through the normal revision policy at a price to be determined at that time. TKE will be the sole arbiter of what is a bug and what is an enhancement.

In order to report a bug to us, you will need to send TKE enough information so we can reliably reproduce the bug. It may mean that you will need to tell us exactly how you caused the bug and generally, provide the plan's PRO file. The more detailed the information the better. Do not neglect to enclose the following information as well:

If you have any comment on BreakAll or our other Punch! tools, feel free to write us at the e-mail address below. We will respond if appropriate and if higher priorities aren't too pressing.
