InSync PowerTool |

InSync is a PowerTools which enables the user to maintain object defaults within Punch!. For example, if there are multiple windows within your plan, these can be chosen to constitute a group in InSync and share a single width, height, or elevation, or perhaps all three. InSync will enforce the window settings only when asked to, so experimental changes on a single window can be carried through, before setting the whole group to match. Groups of may be made of any Punch! object type, like stairs, floors, and walls, and groups may have overlapping membership, allowing for complete flexibility in how defaults are assigned. In practice, InSync may be used to force all wall trim to change texture simultaneously, for example. It is no longer required to visit each room and set the trim textures individually.
Nearly any type of object can be have any of its attributes set through InSync, and as few as one or as many such objects as there are in a plan can be accommodated in a grouping. As many groupings as are needed to handle your creativity may be created. The grouping are remembered until they are explicitly deleted; they may be created as needed, they may have objects added to or removed from themselves, and they are referred to by a user-assigned name.
